Blue, Yellow and other coloured enamel jewellery from Denmark and Norway

Here are a dozen items of pretty enamel jewellery from Denmark and Norway. There is one each in red, brown, and black, 3 in yellow and 5 in blue.
There is a necklace, a bracelet,  a pair of cufflinks, 2 pairs of earrings, a brooch and earrings set and 6 brooches.
Makers include Volmer Bahner and Brd.Bjorklund from Denmark as well as David-Andersen, Aksel Holmsen and Albert Scharning from Norway,
Apart from the black necklace, all the items have been guillochéed, that is, been engraved with a pattern on the surface of the silver, before the enamel was laid on top.  Most of the items have been gilt, that is, treated with a gold wash This is most evident on the backs, edges, and some details.
